At Dosie, we want your order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. As our journals are printed on demand, each order is produced specifically for you before being shipped.

Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 10–14 working days for your order to be produced and shipped.

As our products are made to order, we don't hold large quantities of stock. Your journal is printed and prepared for dispatch once your order has been placed.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the location of the printing facility, courier services and any unforeseen delays.

Shipping within Ireland 🇮🇪

We currently offer free shipping within Ireland.

Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, Dosie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@dosie.ie and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to redirect or replace the order.
